Advancing with technology
LEXTEK began in 1985 as a custom software company using midrange and main frame technologies. As technology advanced, LEXTEK began creating custom client-server applications. Advances in Internet technology allowed LEXTEK to begin writing Internet, intranet and extranet applications. LEXTEK has worked with relational database applications since the company's inception. Creating custom applications has allowed a close relationship with the end-user, which has led to in-depth experience in creating applications with a strong focus on efficient user experience.

After working with over thirteen startup companies from inception to marketplace delivery, it became apparent that creating ground-breaking products was not enough -- clients needed assistance in creating marketplace acceptance. With this in mind, LEXTEK added Marketing and Public Relations to the company's offerings. Believing that even the best product will fail unless a keen eye is kept on penetrating the marketplace throughout product development, LEXTEK weaves Marketing and Public Relations throughout the development process, seeking to create a seamless transition from idea to marketplace acceptance.
