Alexis Lee is President of LEXTEK, a company she founded in 1985 as a technology consultancy focusing on custom software applications, business strategy and process development. Ms. Lee's specialty is to increase business efficiency with carefully applied custom technology solutions and business strategies, including targeted marketing and public relations.
Ms. Lee has been heavily involved in the creation of over thirteen start-up companies. Her consulting projects range from biosciences and healthcare to energy, security, transportation and manufacturing.

A sampling of Ms. Lee's healthcare projects to date include the design of: online and lab processes for an early-stage clinical genomics company; reactive and proactive medication compliance programs; nurse call centers for disease management; consumer medical software; health assessments and disease management programs; and the first online chemical dependency treatment program. Her designs include the creation of security and privacy policies and protocols to adhere to standards for medical records management (e.g., HL-7 and HIPPA). Two of Ms. Lee's healthcare solutions have been featured on CNN and one won the eHealthcare Gold award two years in a row.
Healthcare clients include Correlagen, Cerner Corporation, CRC Health Group, APRIA Healthcare/APREX, CarePartners/Lifeline, and Integra Life Sciences/Telios Pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Lee was the principal designer for IP3, a LEXTEK product that manages intellectual property protection for events such as movie screenings. IP3 Clients include major movie studios and security companies.
In 2004, Ms. Lee passed her Series 3 exam for futures trading and has traded commodities as well as consulted in the futures trading business.
