ES3 - Event Security Scheduling System

Event Security Scheduling System (ES3) is now available from LEXTEK. Schedule security guards for multiple events using a secure Internet-based application. Schedule events, assign security companies and receive security reports after the event. This product has been utlized by major motion picture studios for the past five years.

Lextek's Event Security Scheduling System (ES3) was initially released in 2003 to allow motion picture studios to schedule security guards for their movie screenings.

Now, this software is available for anyone who schedules multiple events that require the physical presence of security guards.

This Internet-based software provides the following features:

  • Online scheduling of events and email notification
  • Online assignment of security vendors
  • Online confirmation of scheduled event and number of guards
  • Online reporting by guard companies after the event

Reports and forms may be customized to specific needs.
