Boulder, CO -- October 8, 2008 -- LEXTEK, LLC a business strategy and technology company with a focus on quickly and effectively bringing products to market, participated in the University of Colorado School of Journalism and Mass Communication Media Mixer.

The Journalism Board hosts the event each fall to give CU students and opportunity to talk with professionals from advertising, broadcast news and production, news editorial, public relations and multi-media.

"This is a great event," said Alexis Lee, President of Lextek.  "It's a great opportunity for students and professionals to interact and discuss the future.  I found it very energizing to see such a bright group of students so interested in communications professions.  Everyone I talked to is excited and ready to do what it takes to create a great future.

Lee is a graduate of the School of Journalism and supports the school in their efforts to remain a top choice among students at CU.
